Why do I need this?
The GAIN (Global Appraisal of Needs) is an assessment tool that is part of the evaluation.
Do I fill it in beforehand?
Completing the GAIN prior to your appointment helps us complete the assessment in a timely manner. If you have issues with printing, you can pick up a copy at our offices before your appointment, or you can come to your appointment one hour early to fill it out. Please make sure to confirm this with the office beforehand.
